How to use OBDSTAR DC706 for VW Up ME17.5.24 ECU work

 OBDSTAR DC706 read and write VW up with ME17.5.24 ecu, start breaker remove.

Read eeprom & flash ok.
Write eeprom and flash ok.
Checksum by DC706.
DC706 will also read immo data, decrypt immo data, write VIN and IMMO OFF for this ECU.

Did a few already for VW and Audi, worked great.

mp001 is not necessary, the P003+ can also do the job.
