 Iveco Bosch MD1CS069 Now Ready! New Flex update , version 7.49.0.0, now available, implementing OBD programming for the most modern Iveco vehicles equipped with Bosch MD1CS069, even those produced after 2021. Thanks to this new protocol, you can now work directly from the diagnostic port of the vehicle ( bypassing the SGW module), or establishing direct connection through the connector. As of today, working on the map area doesn’t require unlocking the control unit nor shipping it to us: remove DTCs, boost engine performance, or cut consumption, all in a few minutes. Solution for Autotuner KESS3 Audi MG1CS011 Read Failure

  Problem: Tried to read an Audi Bosch MG1CS011 TC298 ECU with Autotuner and Alientech KESS3 programmer. Both devices failed to read this ECU via OBD. Trid to bench it with kess3. It showed no support for this ecu. Any idea? Solution: No way after 06/2020. No virtual file no way. This hw version is really TC298 and is not supported by Autotuner by OBD, neither via Flex/KESS3. Bench is not possible due to security level. This ECU can not be actually tuned by commercial available tools and protocols.

This step-by-step guide helps technicians safely erase transmission control data and prepare the module for programming or replacement. In Launch X431 ECU software, quick search VGS4 and choose C-class-> VGS4–0-NAG2 TCU and Bench mode. Check the wiring diagram. How to Fix Foxflash EDC15C4 Error Send Wake

It’s a BMW 3D 184hp with Bosch EDC15C4 ECU. Tried Foxflash Full mode but not working(connected everything as shown, measured cables, resistors, outputs everything with multimeter and it’s 100% fine but still no connection) — ERROR SEND WAKE. Simulated OBD on BENCH via K-LINE ok. READ — 5 min WRITE — 2 MIN ONLY FLASH PARTIAL READ!! Checksum with winols. If need to do it via full system mode, need to fix the colored rainbow cable! Problem is rainbow cable inverted, you need to fix the cable.
