CG FC200 Boot Mode Guide for VAG MED17.1 IMMO Off

 The goal is to bypass the immobilizer on a VAG Med17.1 ECU. The initial attempt to connect with CG FC200 programmer in "platform mode" failed, with the software stating, "ECU doesn’t support platform mode." This necessitated a shift to a more involved "boot mode" process, which first requires reading the ECU’s security password. There are 2 versions of boot mode wiring diagrams. First connected the hardware according to a standard wiring diagram for the ME17.1. Upon clicking "Identification," the tool reported that the "ECU doesn’t support platform mode." The solution was to use a "Version 2" connection diagram for boot mode, which requires a physical modification to the ECU’s circuit board. Two resistors must be soldered onto a specific integrated circuit (IC) on the ECU board. The diagram called for two 470-ohm resistors. He has no two 470ohm resistors in hand. Fix CG FC200 Login Showing Chinese After Update

  Problem: Has this happened to anyone else? How do I log in CG FC200 programmer? It’s in Chinese now. I’ve already updated it. Possible solutions: 1). Restart FC200 software. It happened to me but after several restarts it fixed itself. 2). Reinstall software. Uninstall, then download from their website the latest software. You need to login, as it’s binded to the previous owner email address. 3). Bind device, input user name and password. CG FC200 Bench Mileage Correction for VW DQ200 0AM

  CG FC200 supports VAG DQ200, VL381, DQ250, DL381 gearbox mileage correction on bench. Here we will show how to correct mileage for DQ200 (0AM) gearbox. Select VAG Temic DQ200Dxx TC1766 gearbox in software. Check wiring diagram and connect gearbox with FC200. Connect CAN-L, CAN-H, 2x12V and GND cables. Identify gearbox. The mileage data is stored in EXT Dflash. So we reads EXT Dflash data only. Read and save ext Dflash data. Go back to FC200 main menu. Select Data Processing function- VW gearbox mileage correction- DQ200 TC1766. Upload ext dflash data just saved. Select mileage correction. FC200 will detect current mileage. Enter the correct mileage. Save new mileage data. Go back to DQ200 menu. Select Write EXT Dflash. Upload new ext Dflash data. Correct checksum for flash and write data successfully.
