Solution: your account may not be active yet. Wait fot 24 to 48 hours in working day to automatically activated it.

 Question: I received the pcmtuner . How can I activate my VZ-Performance account? Answer: Activate automatically after 24hrs, also be sure to use the correct email and serial number as password (shown in the PCMtuner app lower left).
