 Performing a full IMMO OFF on a Siemens/Continental SIM2K-140 ECU directly through the OBD port is generally not possible. To completely disable the immobilizer, you must modify the internal flash or EEPROM data. While some advanced programming tools can read and write parts of this ECU via OBD, the proper IMMO OFF process requires Bench Mode or Boot Mode connection. The standard workflow to achieve IMMO OFF for a SIM2K-140: 1. Read the ECU Data (Bench/Boot Mode) You cannot rely solely on the OBD port because full memory access is required to bypass the immobilizer security. Use a hardware programmer like the OBDSTAR X300 Classic G3 / DC706 , Xhorse Multi-Prog , PCMTuner, or Foxflash . Connect directly to the ECU pins on a workbench using the programmer’s specific wiring diagram. Read and save both the Internal Flash and EEPROM data to your computer. 2. It’s commonly found in various Citroen, Fiat, and Peugeot vehicles, particularly the 2.0 HDI engine models, as well as some Ford Focus models. Protocol: Continental/Simens/VDO SID 803 MPC555+AM29BL802CB+95320 Read ext eeprom (95320), int flash (MPC555), ext flash (AM29BL802CB). Write ext eeprom, int flash and ext flash. Supports checksum connection for int flash. FYI: io-terminal also reads this ECU, but does not perform checksum correction.

 Read and write ECU Bosch EDC16C34 group PSA Peugeot Citroen using OBDSTAR X300 Classic G3 . With MP001 or P004 adapter, bench mode. Read ext eeprom ok. Read ext flash ok. Write ext eeprom ok. Write ext flash ok. G3 will correct checksum for flash.

 Here comes the user report: OBDSTAR X300 Classic G3 Clone Ford Transit 2011 BCM successfully. Need to activate ECU/TCU flasher license to the G3. You can do cloning with DC706 as well. Go to Body Module, quick search Ford BCM SIEMENS 0L01Y (9S12DT256) Choose Bench mode with P004 adapter. Check wiring diagram. Connect BCM module with G3 and P004 adapter. Connect ECU. Read INT eeprom. Read INT flash. Write INT eeprom. Write INT flash. Disconnect. Cloning BCM successfully. www.iecutool.eu
