 Will Alientech KESS3 read/write Scania EMS S8 / EMD1 ec? Is it possible do via OBD or need bench?

For example 2018 Scania R450 EU6

Yes, People have done a lot of them without problem. Flash in obd with id only or real reading in harness then writing by harness or by obd.
only S10 coming soon. S6/7/8 is available and emd1 works with s8 protocol.
