Its pretuned and seedkey changed so cant work via obd.

Well basically its saying that someones allready been on there. It prevents obd2 read/write, so only way is to bench or bdm your way in.
This is just another from of antituning protection used by tuners, companies as well as independent ones. It doesn’t actually prevent anything but on some cases makes things a little more demanding on tools.
Celtic tuning and many other commercial tuning providers use this form of protection.

Foxflash : Yes, via BDM Jtag Connect multifunction cable as follows: Solder the dip/sip connectors on the pcb and do a link: Insert Siemens/Marelli adapter as in photo: To read and write use the following driver: → BDM/ JTAG MODE → BDM MPC → MPC55x/56x Ktag / Kess V2 : Need luck.  I'm trying to read one Bosch MED17.4 from a Peugeot 207 1.6t; ecu pinout is correct, but pcmtuner pcmflash shows failure, I'm using module 71 tc1766 FLASH… So, any clue? Solution: There are 2 types of pinout for med17.4. Try both. see which one works. Bosch MEDV174 IROM TC1766 EGPT PSA Pinout Feedback: Solved. Mine work with type 1 and module 71 TC1766.
