FYI:

We have done many in OBD with foxflash DCM6.2a and DCM6.2c its safe to do , Just exit eco mode in the bsi with you diag tool (i.e Autel MK906 pro/diagbox) before read/Write so ECU doesnt go to sleep + put a voltage stabilizer or cables when you Write.
So Dcm6.2A is fully safe in OBD.

Foxflash : Yes, via BDM Jtag Connect multifunction cable as follows: Solder the dip/sip connectors on the pcb and do a link: Insert Siemens/Marelli adapter as in photo: To read and write use the following driver: → BDM/ JTAG MODE → BDM MPC → MPC55x/56x Ktag / Kess V2 : Need luck. The best option is BDM. Sometimes Kess v2 and ktag clone read ok but failed during writing, checksum error. Ori Kess done well OBD but takes long. Easy to remove and run in bdm. CG FC200: FC200 programmer does not support this computer.

 I'm trying to read one Bosch MED17.4 from a Peugeot 207 1.6t; ecu pinout is correct, but pcmtuner pcmflash shows failure, I'm using module 71 tc1766 FLASH… So, any clue? Solution: There are 2 types of pinout for med17.4. Try both. see which one works. Bosch MEDV174 IROM TC1766 EGPT PSA Pinout Feedback: Solved. Mine work with type 1 and module 71 TC1766.
