PCMTuner 'User Not Activated' & 'USB Dongle Not Found' Solution

 Problem:

I just installed the pcmtuner application I already have connected the equipment and the USB dongle but nothing responds in the application.

Two errors:

"User not activated"

"USB Dongle Device Not Found"

PCMTuner User Not Activated Solution

Solution:

1. Must send email and device serial number to tuner-box.com to activate it.

2. Install the dongle driver.
