How to Solve PCMTuner "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

 Some users reported that their pcmtuner was working fine on Win7 but an error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" occurred after update system. Here's the working solution from iecutool.com and our customers.

It's a problem with windows last update.

Solution 1:

Try restore windows. Your windows done an update, try do roll back to previous.

Solution 2:

If don't work install your PC with system update no more than 2019.

Solution 3: Customer solution.

No restoration!!! No any reinstall.

Go to Control Panel->Programs and feature
Find Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime
Uninstall Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime
Disconnect internet

 I'm trying to read one Bosch MED17.4 from a Peugeot 207 1.6t; ecu pinout is correct, but pcmtuner pcmflash shows failure, I'm using module 71 tc1766 FLASH… So, any clue? Solution: There are 2 types of pinout for med17.4. Try both. see which one works. Bosch MEDV174 IROM TC1766 EGPT PSA Pinout Feedback: Solved. Mine work with type 1 and module 71 TC1766.
