 Today first one with New tprot. Edc17cp20 vw T5 2.0 Biturbo stage 1 dpf agr off.

PCMTuner ench 71 unsuportet t-prot.
5 minutes later opend ecu.
Module 53 bsl
1 cable for bootpin.
Read password
Read flash and eeprom
10 minutes later write Back and all fine.

always good to have the BSL option

because a friend from VR write (vr wrong modified or wrong file from server) and seen this week 3 ecus bricked by obd2 and restored them with bsl.

Foxflash : Yes, via BDM Jtag Connect multifunction cable as follows: Solder the dip/sip connectors on the pcb and do a link: Insert Siemens/Marelli adapter as in photo: To read and write use the following driver: → BDM/ JTAG MODE → BDM MPC → MPC55x/56x Ktag / Kess V2 : Need luck. The best option is BDM. Sometimes Kess v2 and ktag clone read ok but failed during writing, checksum error. Ori Kess done well OBD but takes long. Easy to remove and run in bdm.  I'm trying to read one Bosch MED17.4 from a Peugeot 207 1.6t; ecu pinout is correct, but pcmtuner pcmflash shows failure, I'm using module 71 tc1766 FLASH… So, any clue? Solution: There are 2 types of pinout for med17.4. Try both. see which one works. Bosch MEDV174 IROM TC1766 EGPT PSA Pinout Feedback: Solved. Mine work with type 1 and module 71 TC1766.
