Press win+R to run Command, input: gpedit.msc Go to Local Computer Policy->Windows settings->Security Settings->Local Policies In the right pane you will see a setting User Account Control: Turn on Admin Approval Mode. Double-click on it and select Disabled . Find also User Account Control: Admin approval mode for built-in admin accounts . Double-click on it and select Disabled .  Will foxflash read and write PSA edc16c3 ecu? on bench or by BDM mode? Bench mode: BOSCH EDC16 C3 [ MPC556 ] — Citroen, Peugeot [Diesel] Connect the multifunction cable as follows, use the Bench Box: Set the resistance of 1000 ohms that starts from the bench to the brown wire and after mounting the brown on the ECU To read and write use the following driver: → BENCH MODE → [brand] → MPC555/6 — [brand] → EDC16 C3 If failed to read it on bench, read it by BDM.   Question: Possible to read and write JCB DCM7.24 engine ECU with foxflash ? cannot find protocol and wiring diagram. Solution: The ecu can be done via OBD. Check vehicle list. Foxflash will read and write JCB 409/TM180 Delphi DCM 7.24 via OBD.

 VAG simos 8.32 pcmtuner Reading unsuccessful via OBD. Says not readable. What tools to read? PCMTuner cannot read this ECU. Flex will read it via VR. CMD read it on bench (unlock).
