Today we will compare Xhorse multi prog with CG100 Prog III related to airbags.
Let’s compare the difference between these two programmers.

CG100 can also automatically repair airbags when you are connected to it. It can repair 90% of airbags. Hhe will write a clear dump. Multi prog can correct some checksums and it does not have subscription and it’s free update.
Multi prog does not have many airbag options.
CG100 has a lot of Fiat, multi prog has only one car. CG100 has many BMW
airbags while multiprog has 2 only.
CG100 also has a lot of Benz, Citroen,
VAG cars, CG100 is the winner related to European cars.

the CG70 where you can read quite new airbags on bench. It can make also
automatically repairing.
We move to American airbags, you notice on CG100 they are putting the number from the airbag ECU and on multi prog you have car models.
It is much easier to find with numbers. It is quite simple when you have airbag part number. You just type it and you will find very quick.
CG100 also has many Chverole Chrysler airbag models. CG100 can repair Tesla airbags. Multi prog does not have that option.
On Asian cars CG100 programmer is amazing. CG100 does have much more
airbags.
For Honda, Hyundai, have lots of chips.
For multi prog, it does not have Mazda, Nissan,
Subaru airbag options.
CG100 has a huge list on Nissan and other Asian cars.
As we said previously, Xhorse multi prog does not focus on airbag while CG100 prog iii is an airbag tool. So they are different tools. Multi prog will read lots of mcu, eeprom, ecus. It also read ISN codes. Multi-prog will read MQB clusters as well. One tool is not enough. Better buy both.
