  Alientech KESS3 released a new OBD protocol for Bosch MD1CS001 locked ECUs with KESS3 and Powergate. "I tried to test an Autotuner reading after a boot glitch with Flex MD1CS003 +2021 0281 037 200 It works perfectly. I had already tried before, it didn’t work but I understood why. If you unlock with Flex + a file mod, AT no longer recognizes it. But on this calculator I simply unlocked with flex, and did a read test with Autotuner to test and it was read. What you can deduce, Autotuner can read if your file is original (just unlocked) .  Formulaflash programmer software 1.2.0.0 released BMW 2021+ MDG1 ECU bench unlocking feature. Here is an example of a locked MD1CP032 ECU. Formuflash unlocks this ECU in bench mode; no opening ECU required. Quick search "Unlock" and select BMW bosch MD1CP032 ECU. Choose bench mode and check wiring diagram. Connect ECU with the Formuflash programmer via jumper cable. Watch out the small pins, use the smallest in the attachment box. Click Connect in Unlock menu. It will unlock the ECU automatically. Then read and save the ECU data. Then write ECU. Formula flash will also do checksum correction.

  Flex boot glitch unlock review: 2024 bmw mg1cs201, first 3 glitch attempts no connection. Added 5 ohm resistor and within 10 seconds it connected to the DME. Full backup and unlock successfully. Checked flash and obd2 unlock bytes are same as pre-2020. Resistor add in between boot pin.

 It’s a BMW F10 530d with Bosch EDC17C41 ECU. Successfully cloned ECU using Foxflash programmer on bench mode. Read EEPROM and IntFlash from Original ECU. Read IntFlash from Donor ECU. Use Clone tools and combine ORI and DONOR Intflash because of setting up OTP sectors and save new IntFlash file (important step). Use the cloning service in foxflash for the IntFlash file. Write ORI eeprom to Donor ECU without checksum Write new IntFlash file to the donor ECU with checksum. Done.
