FoxFlash Software Publisher Unknown Error Solution

 Problem:

I can't turn on my foxflash software, after press Activate nothing opens. Maybe someone knows what is the publisher unknown problem?

Solution:

In windows make sure automatic time sync is off. Plug in foxflash device+power and check windows device manager that device shows as installed.

Open manager and click active, do not close manager, then open foxflash.

Disable firewall and windows defender temporarily to eliminate problems.
