 How to reinstall PCMTuner setup after changing the operating system (Win10 Pro)?

Solution:

if not change harddrive old keys should work, but if you just want to use pcm tuner tool then follow guide below.

Sometimes it can take a few days to get your software licences and tool activated.

For those wanting to use the tool right away here is my simple quick start guide.
Download the PCMsuite from https://www.tuner-box.com/ and install your hardware and Dongle driver.
Download PCMflash 1.20 from here (but do not update the software!)

 I'm trying to read one Bosch MED17.4 from a Peugeot 207 1.6t; ecu pinout is correct, but pcmtuner pcmflash shows failure, I'm using module 71 tc1766 FLASH… So, any clue? Solution: There are 2 types of pinout for med17.4. Try both. see which one works. Bosch MEDV174 IROM TC1766 EGPT PSA Pinout Feedback: Solved. Mine work with type 1 and module 71 TC1766.
