 I just received my foxflash but after activation I can't download I have this error.

Solution:

First of all, make sure your email address is correct.

If you have problems downloading update/documents within FoxFlash manager app i.e. it stops midway, try install the following patches dependant on your windows environment.

For both Win7 32bit and 64bit.
