 Problem: My Fetrotech tool black does not read med9.5.10 ecu. It says s1 and s2 pinout error. Any solution?

Solution

The pinout is correct. But try connect extra power+gnd+canbus like this (also s1 s2)

Foxflash : Yes, via BDM Jtag Connect multifunction cable as follows: Solder the dip/sip connectors on the pcb and do a link: Insert Siemens/Marelli adapter as in photo: To read and write use the following driver: → BDM/ JTAG MODE → BDM MPC → MPC55x/56x Ktag / Kess V2 : Need luck.  I'm trying to read one Bosch MED17.4 from a Peugeot 207 1.6t; ecu pinout is correct, but pcmtuner pcmflash shows failure, I'm using module 71 tc1766 FLASH… So, any clue? Solution: There are 2 types of pinout for med17.4. Try both. see which one works. Bosch MEDV174 IROM TC1766 EGPT PSA Pinout Feedback: Solved. Mine work with type 1 and module 71 TC1766.
