Why is the PSA MD1CS003 MCU ID Missing in Foxflash

Image
Question: I have a Peugeot Bosch MD1CS003 ECU. It’s a nonencrypted ecu. I can read and write. ECU year is 2019. Reading works well with foxflash , but I don’t get the Mcu Id. I want to do immo off. Any suggestions on how to get the MCU ID or how to do immo off? Solution: Immo off is on the flash, not eeprom! immo off is done on the intflash and you need MCU ID. Unfortunately, foxflash cannot read MCU ID. You need a better tool for the ECU ID, flex , autotuner , kess3 , AMT BST etc. They will give you MCU ID.

Foxflash Bench Mode: Read/ Write Audi EDC17C64 ECU Fast

Image
Foxflash user new test report: Certainly a simple job, but tested with mobile equipment. Simply to demonstrate how alternative work can be done, which tools are needed and which are good, and which electrical parameters play a role. Bosch EDC17C64 ECU in Bench Mode Read IntFlash 5min 16sec Read EEPROM 0min 3sec Write IntFlash 1min 52sec Read/Write/Checksum by Foxflash . Tune for EGR off and AdBlue off with CVN Fix. Special Hardware for Benchread was Dewalt DCB Storage. In my case a 18V 5,0Ah. 20V are also fine. With a Power Wheel Adapter form Aliexpress connected to the power supply which soures the Benchbox. It really works great.
