PCMTuner Audi MED17.5.5 Unsupported TPROT Version Solution

Problem:

I need to read MED17.5.5 AUDI A1 ecu with pcmtuner module 71. It says unsupported TPROT version, any solution?

PCMTuner module 71 failed to read Audi MED17.5.5

Solution:

It read fails due to security tprot hence the tool provided message cannot access processor.

This ECU has dealer security update so cannot be read in bench, try module 53 if you can read password ok in 71

You must read MED 17.5.5 in boot mode. Open ecu and read password.
